COLLE 8: ETHNIC MINORITIES
Vocabulary: Learn the vocabulary for this colle. Your colleur will test you at the beginning of the session. Make sure you can spell all words correctly in English.
- First student: home preparation of this week’s text. Only BRIEF notes are allowed. Do not come with fully written-out notes or your colleur will collect them. This is an oral test: you must sound fluent and spontaneous.
- Second student: 20-minute preparation of a newspaper article (≈500 words) dealing with ethnic minorities, provided by the colleur (racial discrimination, immigration, civil rights, affirmative action/Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, police violence, social inequalities, etc.).
- Third student: 30–40-minute preparation of a 2025 CCINP recording selected by the colleur from this selection: 43, 88, or 90.
